Founder / CEO

Dr. Maurice McBride, a native of Greenwood, Mississippi, is the founder and CEO of McBride Business Solutions, LLC. For nearly 22 years, he served as a Fleet Marine Force Corpsman deploying with Marine Corps units in multiple theaters, including deployments with the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable) to Iraq and the Horn of Africa in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. Upon retirement, he was employed as a Facility Administrator for Davita Kidney Care and as Executive Director of Orthopedics at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital, in which he oversaw a 200 personnel staff and coordinated efforts to support the Baltimore Ravens and the Baltimore Orioles.

Dr. McBride earned a B.S. in Psychology from Excelsior College, an MBA from Touro College, and a Ph.D. in Healthcare Cybersecurity from Capital Technology University in Laurel, MD. He also possesses a Master Certificate in Healthcare Leadership from Cornell University and is a distinguished Executive Fellow of the American College of Health Data Management. He is also a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

Having collaborated with some of the nation’s largest government contracting firms, Ryan has honed his skills on both the backend and frontend of the contracting process. His work ensures seamless product and service fulfillment, compliance, and strategic opportunity maximization for his clients. Ryan’s comprehensive background in contract administration and proposal strategy makes him a vital leader in driving growth and operational excellence within government operations.
James Powell

James W. Powell, Jr.

Director of Janitorial Services

Yazoo City, MS native, James W. Powell, Jr., brings over 20 years of custodial leadership in military, government, and defense contractor environments. He specializes in OSHA, DoD, and DFARS-compliant operations, with expertise in HAZMAT handling, biohazard remediation, floor care, and emergency response in secure facilities.

A proven team leader, James has directed high-performing crews, enforced strict safety standards, and aligned custodial services with mission-critical timelines. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and is currently applying to Purdue Global Law School to pursue his Executive Juris Doctor degree, further strengthening his regulatory and operational insight.
