Nichole Powell-McBride

Nichole Powell-McBride, Esq.

Washington, D.C. attorney and Yazoo City, Mississippi native, Nichole Powell-McBride, possesses nearly 30 years of healthcare experience, encompassing cross-functional disciplines as a military-civilian within the medical and dental communities. In 2015, she joined Davita Kidney Care as an Administrator and was quickly promoted to Group Administrator, overseeing clinics in Maryland and D.C. In 2020, Attorney Powell-McBride accepted an offer to join Fortune-500 corporation Fresenius Medical Care as Regional Director and was later promoted to her current role as Regional Vice President, in which she oversees the operations of nearly 60 facilities throughout Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Nichole earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Excelsior College and a Juris Doctorate from the University of the District of Columbia, David A. Clarke School of Law. She is a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association and also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Gary Keeler

Gary D. Keeler, DDS

Dr. Gary Keeler, native of Coffeeville, Mississippi, is an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with offices located in in Flowood, Mississippi and Cordova, Tennessee. Dr. Keeler is a former assistant professor at the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry. As a devoted Christian, Gary is passionate about serving God by serving others. He is a member of the Mississippi Food Network board of directors and also serves on the advisory board for ATEAAM, a mentoring program for middle school African American males. Gary received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Jackson State University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Dentistry. Dr. Keeler completed Oral and maxillofacial Surgery Residency at Howard University Hospital in 2008. Dr. Keeler is also a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

Kenna Young

Kenna Young, MBA

Greenwood, Mississippi native, Mr. Kenna Young, possesses extensive business and operational experience. Kenna progressed through the ranks of the United States Navy’s enlisted personnel and ultimately became a Naval Line Officer. He has acquired expertise in operations, finance, logistics, and management while serving as a leader at several Fortune 500 companies, including General Mills, Target Corporation, and Lockheed Martin. Kenna additionally held the position of Director of Nursing Services at Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, Kentucky. His passion for process improvement led him to acquire Six Sigma Maintenance and Reliability certifications. Kenna possesses a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University and a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management and Finance from the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business. Kenna is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

William Triplett

William Triplett, PHD, MBA

Dr. William Triplett, also a Mississippi native, is an executive and leader in the healthcare industry who specializes in business management, cybersecurity, healthcare administration, leadership, and technology. His current research focuses on the escalation of cybersecurity threats that pose a significant risk to the business sector, particularly hospitals and universities. Dr. Triplett has a Ph.D. in Cybersecurity Leadership from Capitol Technology University, a Ph.D. in Strategic Leadership from Regent University, an Executive MBA from Liberty University, and a B.A. in Healthcare Management from Southern Illinois University. He is an expert on organizational culture and a keynote speaker who draws from leadership experience and academic research. Dr. Triplett, an expert motivator and strategist with over 30 years of experience, has demonstrated an exceptional ability to bring out the utmost potential in individuals while maintaining team unity and focus. Dr. Triplett is also a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

Steven Williams

Steven Williams, Esq.

Attorney Steven Williams, a native of New Jersey, is a seasoned business and legal professional with a record of resolving difficult problems. After ten years in the training and compliance division at Panasonic Electronics, he decided to pursue his passion and enroll in law school. Steven joined the Law Offices of Coleman and Hearns as an associate attorney upon completion of his studies, where he practiced in the Criminal and Civil Litigation Group and managed all aspects of litigation at the state and federal levels. From 2017 to 2019, he was a Magistrate for the 15th Judicial District of the Virginia State Supreme Court, where he supervised judicial proceedings in nine jurisdictions. Steve has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kean University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College. Attorney Williams holds a Juris Doctor from the University of the District of Columbia’s David A. Clarke School of Law and is admitted to the state bars of Virginia and New Jersey. Steve is also a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

Art Sutton

Art Sutton, Ph.D.

Dr. Art Sutton, a native of Ohio, is an organic chemist with extensive experience in consumer-packaged goods, drug discovery, and agricultural products. Currently, he works in technical sales for basic materials used in household cleaning products. Previously, Dr. Sutton directed a laboratory that developed herbicides to assist farmers in plant control. Additionally, he conducted research into novel cleaning technologies applicable to cleaning products. His initial graduate research resulted in multiple patents for drug discovery. His contributions led to the acquisition of a startup by a major pharmaceutical company. Prior to entering graduate school, he conducted analytical research on food and beverage applications. Dr. Sutton obtained double undergraduate degrees in biology and biochemistry from the University of Cincinnati and his master’s and Ph.D.in organic chemistry from Johns Hopkins University.
