Maurice McBride, a native of Greenwood, Mississippi, is the founder and CEO of McBride Business Solutions, LLC. Maurice served as a Fleet Marine Force Navy Corpsman for nearly twenty-two years, deploying with Marine Corps units in multiple theaters. This included deployments with the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable) to Al Basra, Iraq, and Djibouti, Africa in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom, respectively. Upon his retirement, he was employed as a Facility Administrator for Davita Kidney Care, a Fortune 500 healthcare organization, and as the Executive Director of Orthopedics at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital. In this capacity, he oversaw a staff of nearly 200 personnel and coordinated healthcare initiatives to support the Baltimore Ravens of the NFL and the Baltimore Orioles of the MLB.

Maurice has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Excelsior College, an MBA from Touro College, and a Master Certificate in Healthcare Leadership from Cornell University. He is currently a doctoral candidate at Capitol Technology University in Laurel, Maryland, and is expected to graduate in the fall of 2024 with a Ph.D. in Healthcare Cybersecurity. Maurice is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and is also a distinguished Executive Fellow of the American College of Health Data Management.
